SUPERINTENDENT CARVALHO INVITED TO TOUT ETO’S SUCCESSES AT
STATE BOARD OF ED MEETING, SEPT. 17

Miami-Dade Schools Superintendent Alberto M. Carvalho has been invited to attend the State Board of Education meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 17 to present information on the outstanding work of Miami-Dade County Public Schools’ Education Transformation Office (ETO) and its success in improving student achievement. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. at Forest Hill Community High School, 6901 Parker Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL  33405.

The ETO is “transforming” the lowest-performing schools in Miami-Dade County by building, accelerating and sustaining student achievement in struggling schools through a comprehensive support model.
