3RD ANNUAL LOEWS MIAMI BEACH CELEBRITY GOLF The 3rd Annual Loews Miami Beach Celebrity Golf Tournament benefiting The Foundation for New Education Initiatives, Inc., a direct-support organization of Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS), is scheduled to take place on Friday, October 25, 2013, at the Miami Beach Golf Course. Tournament participants will be paired with some of the greatest names in sports, from athletes and coaches to on-air commentators. Past celebrity golfers include Jason Taylor, Alonzo Mourning, Ahmad Rashad, Chris Doleman, and many others. Tournament proceeds benefit the foundation, created by The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida, to enhance student achievement and to boost community engagement by raising funds for student support programs and other M-DCPS education initiatives.
