MIAMI MARLINS, KIWANIS OF LITTLE HAVANA GREET CHILDREN ON
FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

The Miami Marlins, in partnership with the Kiwanis of Little Havana, celebrated the Back-to-School/Backpack Giveaway by greeting children on the first day of school at Citrus Grove Elementary School with book bags and schools supplies. Additionally, they visited Lenora B. Smith and Auburndale elementary schools with plans to visit other neighborhood schools during the first week of school.

Billy the Marlin was on hand to greet students at Citrus Grove Elementary School.

Miami Marlins staff and Kiwanis of Little Havana members handed out school supplies to Citrus Grove Elementary students during the Back-to-School/Backpack Giveaway.
