***PHOTO RELEASE*** M-DCPS LAUNCHES FREE COMPUTER AND INTERNET PROGRAM Superintendent of Schools Alberto M. Carvalho launched the Jumpstart CONNECT@HOME project at Liberty City Elementary School today. All third-, fourth-, and fifth-grade students at 11 targeted elementary schools will receive a computer device and free Internet access to use at their homes as part of the project. Students will use the device to practice their reading and math skills at home through “My On Readers” and “Reflex Math”, as well as other educational software accessible through the student portal.
