M-DCPS HOSTS BOND PROJECT RIBBON-CUTTING EVENT AT Superintendent of Schools Alberto M. Carvalho, School Board Member Dr. Wilbert “Tee” Holloway, staff, students and community leaders gathered at Dr. Robert B. Ingram Elementary School today for a bond project ribbon-cutting event resulting from the overwhelming voter approval of the $1.2 billion General Obligation Bond. The Ingram Elementary School renovation project includes renovations and technological upgrades. The total value of the project is $1.7 million.
