37th Annual Community Partners Recognition Awards

The 37th Annual Community Partners Recognition Awards recognizes exemplary Dade Partners and outstanding school volunteers for their contributions and service to Miami-Dade’s public schools and its students.

Sponsored by Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc., the awards are given to Outstanding School Volunteers (Senior, Adult & Youth categories) and Exemplary Dade Partners (School-wide, District-wide & Civic/Non Profit categories).  This year, the 2015 Superintendent’s Choice Awards will be presented to the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, under the leadership of John Richard, President/CEO, for its continued commitment to enrich students’ lives through the arts; enFamilia, for providing year-round out-of-school programs that impact students and families in the South Dade areas; and Melvin and Elaine Finkelstein, for their commitment to education and monthly donation of more than 11,600 National Geographic “Young Explorer’s” magazines.
