Local business helping students discover the power of reading, while educating them about the importance of dental hygiene

In honor of “Get Caught Reading Month,” MCNA is donating 100 books to Broadmooor Elementary’s library, as well as providing each child with a copy of  their own book, “Itty Bitty Baby Teeth,” which highlights the importance of preventative dental care.

In an effort to promote oral hygiene and literacy, MCNA Dental Insurance Company collected over 6,000 books during its recent Inaugural Book Drive. All books and funds collected through this drive will be donated to kindergarten and first-grade classrooms in three states, including Florida, in addition to contributing $1 for each book collected and $1 for every dollar raised to help children achieve their educational goals.
