In an effort to combat auto theft, the English Center, in cooperation with the City of Miami Police, Auto Theft Detail Division, will offer vehicle identification number etching on Friday, June 18, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the center's 28 Street entrance. The school is located at 3501 S.W. 28 Street. This service, which usually costs $25 at vehicle inspection agencies, will be offered free of charge to students and the community. The English Center offers adult and community education courses and is a part of Miami-Dade County Public Schools.
