Coral Reef High students will be painting their street art mural, BlueBlackBadBeautiful street art mural, which will be unveiled during Art Basel Miami

David Lombardi, Broker/Principal of Lombardi Properties in Wynwood, has given 100 students from Coral Reef Senior High, the opportunity to paint a mural titled, “BlueBlackBadBeautiful,” behind his office building. They will be painting their mural simultaneously as some of the most prominent and world’s greatest artists working in the graffiti and street art genre venture into Wynwood. 

The unveiling of the BlueBlackBadBeautiful street art mural will be held on Friday, Dec. 4, 2015 starting at 6 pm during the Basel-Miami Art Week.

The mural is a culmination of three months of creative endeavors by the students and their teacher Mr. Scott McKinley, from designing the radial motifs to fundraising efforts and donation seeking with the help of parent volunteers, PTA and administration.

The public is invited to the unveiling of the mural and to visit the finished creation during Art Basel-Miami Art Week.
