Presented by M-DCPS’ Division of Academics, Visual and Performing Arts, Small Works is a realization of our commitment to using the arts as a tool for learning and expression. Students were challenged to create small masterpieces 9 x 9 x 9 inches without limitation to theme, genre, style or art movement. All visual arts teachers were invited to submit up to five student artworks and over 200 finalists were chosen by a peer group of judges from thousands of entries.
