MDSPD will be conducting a large-scale active shooter/mass
casualty functional drill to assess the capabilities of various internal and
external District resources, including the MDSPD, local law enforcement
agencies, fire rescue agencies, and other critical District Divisions. There
will be a designated area for media and observers.
This Large-Scale Active Shooter/Mass Casualty
Functional Drill and the exercise drill also implement the Family Reunification
method. Digital assets of the family reunification portion will be provided to
media if requested.
