Synergy XII: The Coherence Effect, M-DCPS’ Largest Professional Conference, kicks off this year to prepare educators across the District for the start of the 2025-2026 school year. The conference features over 700 sessions within the overarching themes like the use of technology and AI in education, leadership and professional development, student engagement and success, instructional coaching, inclusive education, and school safety and well-being.
