The Second Annual Best of Dade (GMAC) vs. Best of Broward (BCAA) Football Showcase will feature MaxPreps 2016 Florida High School #3 ranked team and defending state champion Miami Carol City Senior High School, against Regional Finalist Deerfield Beach Senior High School. The #8 ranked team and defending state champion Miami Southridge Senior High School will play against Regional Finalist Cardinal Gibbons Senior High School.
The Showcase will also include an Educational Seminar for Student Athletes from both districts, scheduled for Wednesday, August 16, 2017. Location and topics will be announced at a later date.
Miami-Dade County Public Schools will host the game this year at the newly renovated Nathaniel “TRAZ” Powell Stadium.
