All M-DCPS Students to Receive Free Breakfast, Lunch for 2023-2024 School Year

Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) announced that all students will continue to be served lunch and breakfast at no charge at all schools for the 2023-2024 school year. This is in compliance with the school board policy for serving meals to students under the National School Lunch / School Breakfast Program.

The letter must contain the complainant's name, address, telephone number, and written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of the alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
